Grave Tender — Headstone Restoration Contractor (1099 Independent Contractor)

We clean and restore headstones and monuments at cemeteries. We have orders waiting near Hendricks, MN and are hiring a Grave Tender from the Brookings / eastern South Dakota area.
ay:
Restoration orders: $80–$200 each
Maintenance (wash-only) orders: $25–$60 each
Exact amount shown in the app before you accept
Extra work approved on site is paid on top
2–5 orders per day depending on location
Direct deposit within 3–5 business days after approval
Driving: job sites within one hour are standard contractor travel; sites more than one hour one way get a flat driving amount shown in the order
You must have:
Reliable car — you drive to job sites. No car = no work.
Hands-on physical work experience — cleaning, landscaping, masonry, construction, or similar. No certifications needed; every order comes with step-by-step instructions.
Smartphone with camera.
Your own basic tools and cleaning supplies (the app tells you exactly what each order needs).
Availability to finish all work and photos before 5:00 PM in daylight. Weekends OK.
What you do:
Drive to the cemetery, open the order in the app
Take before photos, do the work per the task list, take after photos
Submit for review — get paid in 3–5 business days
You never talk to the client — your coordinator handles everything
