We are looking for a reliable and experienced Superintendent for an elderly residential complex in Hempstead.
Requirements:
Must be willing and able to live on-site
Must speak English and Spanish fluently
Must have knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, boilers, plastering, and painting
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to respond to building maintenance needs
Previous superintendent or building maintenance experience preferred
Occupancy Requirement:
This is a live-in position at an elderly/age-restricted residential complex. The superintendent is required to reside on-site and must meet all applicable occupancy requirements for the building.
Compensation: Based on experience, plus free on-site apartment provided as part of the position.
