🚨 HELP WANTED! Except this time, I’m the help looking for somewhere worth working! 😂
I’m officially putting some feelers out there for a new job!
Here’s what I bring to the table:
I’m ridiculously reliable. I show up, I show up ON TIME, and I actually WORK while I’m there. Apparently, these are becoming rare and highly specialized skills. 🤣
I’m hardworking, resourceful, adaptable, a fast learner, and pretty damn good at a whole lot of things. I can multitask, problem-solve, lead, organize, handle chaos, and get things done without someone having to babysit me.
Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that being a dependable, hardworking employee often comes with a fabulous reward package consisting of more work, higher expectations, everyone else’s responsibilities, and absolutely no appreciation. 🏆😂
I’m not afraid of hard work. I’m afraid of spending the rest of my working life being rewarded for it with exhaustion.
So here’s what I’m looking for:
A job where showing up, giving 110%, having a brain, and taking pride in your work are actually valued instead of exploited.
I’m open to just about ANYTHING! Seriously. I’m capable of learning new things, not afraid to get dirty, and willing to step outside my comfort zone. I just want an opportunity with an employer who understands that good employees are an asset, not an unlimited resource.
I don’t need a trophy, a parade, or an employee-of-the-month parking spot. Just fair compensation, a little respect, and maybe the revolutionary concept of not making your best employees do the work of five people. 😂
