I am a 41 year old woman looking for a customer service position. I have experience in the hospitality industry front and back of the house, I have been doing secretarial work for the past few years making appointments, answering phones, multitasking, explaining estimates to customers, ordering materials. I'm proficient in QuickBooks pro and all the Microsoft office programs. I work great in a team setting and also individually I am extremely detail oriented and organized and very motivated but unfortunately I have a criminal record and it's virtually in hospital to find a job with one of those. I am not a convicted felon but some of the misdemeanors are frowned upon so I I'm looking for a company to just give me a chance to prove that I'm a better person than I used to be and give me the opportunity to better my life as well as be an asset to your company.
