We're looking for an experienced Head Barista to join our team on a part-time basis. Someone who not only serves exceptional coffee but also brings warmth, kindness and positive energy to both our guests and colleagues.
For us, hospitality is about far more than what's in the cup. We believe great coffee brings people through the door, but genuine hospitality is what keeps them coming back. We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and takes pride in creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

What we're looking for
Several years of experience as a Barista in a busy café environment, ideally with breakfast and lunch service.
Excellent espresso-making skills and confident, consistent latte art.
A calm, organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
The ability to work independently, take ownership and lead by example.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering consistently high standards.
Above all, we're looking for the right personality. Someone who is:

Calm, focused and exceptionally well organised.

Your role
Leading the day-to-day operation of the coffee bar.
Preparing consistently excellent espresso-based drinks with beautiful, high-quality latte art.
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and workflow.
Supporting the wider team throughout breakfast and lunch service.
Taking ownership, thinking ahead and helping the café run smoothly every single day.
Setting the tone through professionalism, positivity and genuine hospitality.
