desperately looking for a private landlord who will rent to me & my kiddos so we do not end up on the streets.
I am being completely upfront and honest about an old prior eviction and not so good credit but i assure you you'll have rent every month on time and will take care of the property....I am also willing to do any work that needs done if anyone could please give me a chance.
at this point any number of bedrooms will be fine but i would prefer a 2+ duplex or house without price gouging :(
