Comes with the carrier itself, Placard,Admin pouch, dangler pouch and one Quick release tube on the cummerbund. No places included. I've had the carrier for around 2 years and have worn it hiking and such but there is no wear or tear on the carrier it was kept in a AC controlled environment when not in use and cleaned by hand with Soap and air dried to keep its NIR compliance. May be willing to take a lower offer.
