Your price is only $2,000. A new one will cost you about $9,000 at the store. This is a Carter-Hoffman TH-40 undercounter slow cook and hold oven. Our church kitchen staff wasn't utilizing it to its full potential and wanted a different appliance in its spot. Proceeds from this sale will entirely go back to the church. It's in great cosmetic condition and it works great but will need a minor repair. This oven should auto-switch from "Cook" to "Hold" mode after the timer you set is count down. It cooks and it holds but it doesn't switch from "cook" to "hold" automatically and needs to be manually done. I'm not sure if the timer is bad or the meat probe needs replaced but the price we are listing it for reflects this issue. Come take a look and be the judge yourself. Text or call show contact info
