New, never used. Wife got it after being diagnosed wtih mild sleep apnea. While waiting on it to be processed and being delivered to medical supply she went on Mounjaro for Type 2 diabetes and lost enough weight that she did not have any apnea symptoms. Plus, she had tried my CPAP during the mean time and did not like wearing a mask. I plugged it in for the first time to make a photo for this advertisement to show it lit up and working.
