Greetings !
In search of some older farm, 25 - 50 acres is my budget.
Preferably fixer upper.
Looking to purchase in near future. I’m local resident of Rockingham Va 22802
I am planning to sell my home in near future.
My goal is to have regenerative farm !
I WOULD be very grateful if someone is retiring and want the land to continue flourish in farm setting.
Very open to discussing and or meeting with the farm owner !
Have knowledge in raising, pigs, sheep, goats, & chickens.
Thank you for reading ! If you or you may know someone that is wanting to get out of farming please let me know ! 🫡
