Venture Builders is a remodeling and construction company serving homeowners in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area. We are seeking a Designer/Estimator/Sales professional to join our team and help homeowners turn their remodeling ideas into well-planned, accurately estimated projects.
The Designer/Estimator/Sales position is a hybrid role combining residential remodeling design, construction estimating, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with homeowners, understanding their goals and budgets, developing project concepts and estimates, presenting options, and helping guide clients through the decision-making process.
$23–$27 per hour, depending on experience
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential remodeling, interior design, kitchen and bath design, construction estimating, or a related field who enjoys working directly with customers and seeing projects develop from an initial idea into a completed remodeling project.
Position Overview
As the Designer/Estimator/Sales, you will serve as an important point of contact for homeowners throughout the early stages of their remodeling project.

The ideal Designer/Estimator/Sales candidate will have experience in residential remodeling, construction estimating, interior design, kitchen and bath design, or a related field.
