I'm looking to share my large apartment with a gay youngman in his early twenties. Maybe you're still living at home or living in their basement and would like to live out on your own and can't afford to because you don't work or have money for rent and deposit. I'd like to give you a hand up. I pay the rent on my large apartment and have plenty of room for a gay roommate. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable. I'm a very good cook and like to grill steaks, ribs chicken and hamburgers. I'll buy the food and share meals with you so you won't go hungry. Would be nice if you could cook and prepare some meals also. Includes wifi, cable TV with a large screen TV, full kitchen with dish washer, heat and air, washer and dryer. Has a large bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. I'm an older chill wm and I can use your help around the apt. The apt has a garage attached to it with a shop and a workbench with tools. Theres a large back yard with trees for shade and a carport with driveway. I smoke cigeretter and weed, drink beer, mixed drinks and listen to Rock music. Sorry no pets. You don't need to work at a job, but if you like to work theres plenty of jobs available near by.
