10' 6" Box - Two beds - 1Q and one 1Double, table with bench seats for 4 people folds down into a twin sized sleeping area. Heat (propane), AC (electric), and camp stove (propane) recently tested and in good working order.
There is a mini-fridge that works of electric or propane. We've never used it because it was too small. It has not been tested for functionality.
Canopy for outside front door also in working order. Storage cabinets and counters inside.
There is no toilet/shower, but there is a sink.
Will include adapter for making plugging into standards outlet easier. Extra water jugs and a hose also included.
