This position would involve visiting multiple properties and working with our landscapers to make sure the properties are properly maintained and kept looking clean and professional.
Responsibilities include:
Inspect properties to make sure lawns are mowed, trimmed, and maintained
Work with landscapers to ensure landscaping is completed properly
Report any landscaping or property maintenance issues
Pull trash cans to the side of the road on scheduled pickup days and return them afterward
Inspect dumpsters to ensure they are picked up on schedule
Pick up any loose trash or debris around dumpsters
Make sure properties remain clean, neat, and presentable
Take pictures and provide updates when necessary
Visit multiple properties as needed
Be available to respond to occasional emergency property maintenance calls when needed
Ideal candidate:
Reliable and dependable
Has an eye for detail and takes pride in keeping properties looking nice
Comfortable driving to multiple locations
Able to communicate with landscaping crews and report issues
Has reliable transportation
Able to respond to occasional emergency calls
Landscaping or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
This is a hands-on property inspection and maintenance position. The goal is to make sure our properties consistently look clean, well-maintained, and professional.
