Features:
It has an outdoor outlet to operate the light and inside outlet.
The walls in the both coops are insulated. The roof in the taller coop is insulated.
There are four nesting boxes and two roosting bars.
The floors in both coops are lined with linoleum to make cleanout easy.
There are two windows that have predator-proof metal hardware cloth, so no chicken loss at night. These windows can be kept open all summer for ventilation.
There is one large double-paned glass window so the flock has natural lighting.
The exterior is solid pine tongue-in-groove siding. Two coats of exterior stain have been applied.
There is 30-year asphalt roofing.
There are also hardware cloth screen inserts to go between the larger coop and smaller to raise up a brood of chicks separate from the flock. A heating lamp can be placed in this smaller coop and separate food and water.
New-built feeder also included.
So many features.
