Looking for a Cleaning Company to subcontract the cleaning of five parking lots located in Maryland and Washington DC. The location of the lots are: 1. Rockville, MD - 2. Northeast DC - 3. Annapolis MD - 4. Hanover MD - and 5. Laurel MD. These lots most be cleaned three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) between the hours of 6:00am to !0:00am.
Contractor must provide their own equipment, and Labor. Contractor must have their own transportation.
Equipment needed: Broom, Dustpan, Gloves, Large black trash bags
Contractor will invoice for payment. Payment is once per month.
Must have EIN and Business Insurance
