I'm seeking somebody to jump on two roofs in Harker Heights to do two inspections.
You going to get paid $100 total and then a commission 35% if any type of Maintenance or damages found on a repair cost maintenance cost.
We'll discuss that right there on the fly at the time of inspections. You communicate with me and I will present to the homeowner. Right there on the phone.
The appointments are expecting you.
You will need a ladder a caulk gun and a tube of black adhisive and possibly enough also to get on a two story if needed.
Anything obvious like exposed nailheads you'll put a little dab down take a picture of the ideas to show the homeowner that they need maintenance and then we move into a maintenance repair deal.
This is the one-day gig, I get leads every now and then that I can't run.
So I probably could use somebody 3 days a week anywhere from Harker Heights all the way down to the South Austin.
