- I'm a retired Professional Firefighter / EMT who is looking for meaningful, team-oriented PART - TIME work.
- I'm looking for 15-25 hours per week, with some flexibility for my wife and I to take occasional trips and enjoy our retirement.
- I'm college-educated with a B.S. degree from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.
- In my current job I have never been sick or late ONCE in over 2 years of work. It's just the way I was raised. This job is no longer rewarding for me.
- I have a CDL license with zero violations in over 20 years.
- I am drug free.
- I thrive in small, team-oriented positions where everybody on the team pulls their weight and has each other's back. That's what my fire crews had that I am missing in retirement.
- Before firefighting, I was a UPS delivery driver making 300-400 deliveries daily. I have a work ethic.
- I simply want a fair wage for a fair day's work. My wife and I work for purpose and meaning, NOT for the paycheck. We both worked hard, sacrificed and retired relatively well. My wife is a retired firefighter as well if that tells you something about me.
What I am NOT looking for;
- Pure physical labor. I can drive big trucks and make some deliveries but don't want to do just that.
- Lack of accountability. There is zero accountability in my current job, hence the reason for this ad.
- Full-time work or a career. 15-25 hours a week of rewarding work is all I need or want.
- Health insurance or benefits.
- Sales or commission positions.
I'm a solid, reliable, dependable team player looking for like-minded people to work WITH. If this ad makes you think HMMM in any way, send me a message back and let me know what you've got available. You never know!
Thanks for reading!
