Interior painting
Screen repair
Unit or rental turn units
Toilet replacement or troubleshooting and leak repair.
Minor electrical as light fixture replacement, switch replacement and wall plug replacement.
Some appliance troubleshooting such as water leaking into refrigerator from freezer.
Garbage disposal troubleshooting and replacement.
Willing to do on call service request as well.
