King Auto Center on the beautiful island of Kauai is seeking an experienced, high-performing Shop Foreman to lead our service department. Serving the Garden Isle for over 34 years, we are proud to represent a fantastic lineup of brands including Honda, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.

Responsibilities
• Manage Workflow: Oversee daily shop production, efficiently dispatching repair orders to technicians.
• Technical Lead: Serve as the shop’s primary technical expert for complex diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Quality Assurance: Road-test vehicles and inspect completed work to guarantee safety and compliance with factory standards.
• Team Mentorship: Guide, coach, and train apprentice technicians to expand their skills and certifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with service advisors and parts managers to maximize efficiency and minimize vehicle downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of automotive repair experience required.
• Leadership: Prior experience as a shop foreman, team lead, or senior technician preferred.
• Certifications: ASE Master Technician certification or factory certifications (Honda/Mopar) strongly preferred.
• Skills: Proficient with modern diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and repair software.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to Relocate
