Da Life Outdoor Gear is a boutique retail shop located in the heart of Kalapaki. We specialize in ocean lifestyle products and support the active lifestyle Kauaʻi is known for.
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Retail Associate & Reservationist to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Provide warm, genuine customer service to locals and visitors
Answer phones and assist with tour and activity reservations
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked shop
Assist with merchandising and displays
Help customers with product selection and activity information
Support daily operations with a positive attitude

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
Creative and proactive in maintaining shop appearance
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable answering phones and communicating clearly
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Schedule Requirements
Shift duration: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Available days: Tuesday-Saturday
Must be available for holidays
