This part-time position (20 hours per week) manages the implementation and operations of the Kaua‘i Local Food Cooperative Farmers Market Booth Pilot, an initiative designed to increase community access to local food while supporting small farmers and producers.
The Program Manager will lead the booth’s day-to-day operations at two farmers markets, coordinate vendor participation, oversee SNAP/WIC acceptance programs (when applicable), and conduct outreach to promote various food access programs.
Work is split approximately 50% in-field (attending Saturday and Wednesday afternoon markets) and 50% administrative.
