We are seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Grounds & Building Maintenance Employee to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our property.
Position Details:
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities Include:
• Grounds maintenance (landscaping, debris removal, light gardening)
• General building maintenance and minor repairs
• Routine inspections of common areas
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
Qualifications:
• Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically able to perform maintenance and outdoor work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s license preferred
