Model 1217, Operates on 115 VAC, 50 - 60 cycles, 8 amps. Unit is in good physical condition. This unit has weak support springs that keep the support rods in place, which support the rotating print apron in the drier. This can be fixed by anyone with some mechanical skills. Beside this slight repair, this unit is a real good buy. The ferrotype rotating drum is in good condition with no scratches or dents. It comes with an extra print apron. Unit is clean and has never been abused.
The Print Dryer is probably the finest electric print dryer ever offered for drying fiber prints. Dries prints up to 11X 14” fiber based prints . Has a 13 inch wide fabric belt / apron which holds prints against the highly polished rotating aluminum drum. This ensures that the prints are handled as gently as possible. Unit drum heats up properly. Variable motor speed control. Drum is clean and smooth. Unit has green motor indicator light and red indicator light for drum heat. Unit was manufactured by the Charles Beseler Company, East Orange, NJ. Unit serial number available on request.
