I am the 3rd owner. Previous two owners (original, and 2nd owner) have done extensive work on updating, replacing many things since it came out of storage. Alot of work has been done within the past 3 years. I have a 3" binder with every receipt, paperwork, notes, dealer info leading up to when I got it.
In 2022, and work performed has included rebuilding the wiper motor and replacing the timing belt, water pump, motor mounts, thermostat, fuel-sending unit, fuel pressure regulator, idle control valve, crankshaft position sensor, sunroof drains, speedometer cable, tires and brake booster.
Brakes, axle boots, rotors, clutch, etc., are all great. Underneath is super clean, no leaks, drips, etc.
In 2025, new windshield (crack in old image) plastic dash cover (cloth cover is gone), Porsche rims, paint/stripes (8/10), door weatherstrips, and all filters/fluids.
The pics speak for themselves. The interior is a 8/10, previous owner had the clock and original radio rebuilt.. (he was a Porsche fan.. he had 3 other Porsches) It needs some headliner work (wrinkles), sunroof seals, and the air conditioning and the heater fan (sometimes) don't work. I have new relays, and a heater fan switch. Recent knee surgery (left) is taking longer to heal. (I can't get under the dash to replace the relays/switch.
This 924S is now offered with service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title in my name.
Odometer shows 48XXX, but it probably has close to 50-55K on it. It needs the plastic gear ($10.00) in the speedo.
I drive it periodically, to and from work, about 70 miles round trip. It runs super strong, handles great, no rattles, squeaks, or leaks. It's a fun little ride. If I don't sell it, I'll store it, but it really needs to be enjoyed.
