RSC Engineering, PLLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical labor & working outdoors and is good at problem solving.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of septic systems is preferred but not required.
Physically capable of digging, lifting 75+ pounds, and performing strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform septic system inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Dig trenches and excavate as needed using hand tools and equipment.
Lift, carry, and move heavy materials, tools, and equipment.
Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting septic system issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Complete service reports and other required documentation.
