Brought home. Charge battery get nothing. I tried texting him and called but get voice mail.

I now get response from starter but will not erect into the flywheel

1986 mercury electric start with manual start

Needs choke parts (have some things but seemed broken. Unknown)
& new skeg plate or use as is

I've done nothing to it since owned
Has manual and electric start
Selling for parts or use as is.
