Full disclosure: We recently discovered a leak along the wall beside the bed. The source of the leak has been located and sealed. It resulted in a narrow section of soft flooring along the wall and some separation at the floor/wall edge. The flooring becomes solid again before reaching the bed. We have not opened the floor to determine the full extent of the repair needed, so we're selling it as-is and have priced it accordingly.
Otherwise, she's a really cute camper with lots of life left for someone who's comfortable tackling the floor repair.
