Looking for a reliable, independent handyman or gutter cleaner to clear out neglected gutters and attach downspout diverters on a split-level home in Shannondale (near Harpers Ferry).
Job Scope:
Gutter Cleaning: Clear full front and back gutters (heavy leaf/debris buildup due to neglected maintenance). Ensure downspouts flow freely.
Materials & Tools:
Diverter Installation: Secure 4 downspout extensions/diverters to the bottom of the existing metal downspouts using self-tapping screws. Diverters and self-tapping screws are provided on-site.
You must bring your own ladder, tools (drill/driver, blower/scoop), and safety equipment suitable for a split-level roofline.
Debris can simply be bagged or blown/scattered into the wooded perimeter.
Access & Payment:(specify your preference).
I am an off-site homeowner, so no one will be home during the job.
Quick payment upon completion via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal after receiving a few quick before-and-after photos of the cleared gutters and installed diverters.
