$997 / 2br - Queer friendly room in a 2 bdrm apartment (South End)

Up for grabs is my room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the South End for Nov 1. Cat friendly! No dogs :(
The rent is 997.50, wifi is $60+ish between two people (about $34.20 for half), and power is about 150 between two people ($75 for half). (About 1106.70/month total for one portion)
Payable by e-transfer to the landlord.
The bedroom is quite large - I have a twin sized bed and fit a whole-ass couch on the other side of the room. The room would be good for larger beds as well. There is a closet. (I have exact measurements if you want to plan out the space!)
Reason for moving: me and a friend have found a larger space together in the West End.
I will miss:
the walkability!! this place is amazing if you are a student. You are 25 min walk away from NSCAD fountain campus, 20m from Academy campus, and 15m from Port Campus. This apartment is also close to Dal.
my roommate!! they are a very very sweet roomie, we get along very well (my first halifax friend!!), my cat loves them. They are 23 and they are always on the go and doing different things. They like to try stuff out, are into film and theatre acting, and are generally a chill person to live with. they also like to hang but also do their own thing which is great if you want hangout time or alone time! Would 1000% reccommend! I am 32 and we vibe so age mayy not matter but you shall meet and find out for yourself :)
Other notes about the apt:
-there is a little balcony where you can store your bike or have some plants
-laundry is coin operated in the basement
-apartment is up two steps from ground level BUT the laundry is down a flight of stairs in the basement.
-easy to walk to halifax ferry to access dartmouth & not a bad walk to scotia square
-2 second walk to queen street sobeys, and barrington superstore is not too far from that
-1 second walk to tea for turtle cafe, very cute and nice place with veg options
-nearish point pleasant park!!
