I'm Brendan, a local IT tech with 4 years of professional experience. I help small businesses, home offices, and regular home users get their tech working again. I show up when I say I will, keep the work clean, and explain everything in plain English.

What I can help with:
• Slow or broken PCs and Macs: troubleshooting, tune-ups, repairs
• New computer setup with your files, email, and printers moved over
• Microsoft 365, Outlook, and email setup or fixes
• WiFi dead spots, router and mesh setup, network cleanup
• Router/switch installs and cable cleanup for small offices
• Printers and scanners that won't connect
• User accounts, permissions, password resets
• Backups set up the right way (OneDrive, iCloud, external drives)
• Virus and pop-up removal, antivirus, phishing cleanup, MFA setup
Rates:
• Remote help: $50 for most quick fixes
• On-site: $75/hr, 1 hour minimum
• New computer setup + file transfer: $150 flat
• WiFi or mesh install: $150 flat + equipment
You'll know the price before I start anything. After-hours and weekend appointments available, so bigger jobs don't interrupt your workday.
