cabin is couple of hundred yards off main road, down a gravel road. it is 3 rooms, with a small bathroom. road to cabin goes by main house, and is only one lane road. parking is limited but is available at cabin. appliances are refrigerator, gas stove...hot water heater is electric point of contact heater. laundry is available to share with landlord at main house which is 60 feet away from cabin. one room has tile floors, with rest of cabin with vinyl flooring. shower only in bathroom. presently occupied, so if interested please call or text for showing and viewing property. four wheel or AWD is not necessary, but could help. a rainy year has made road a bit slippery. no electric lines or telephone lines to cabin, so hard wired internet is not available. starlink is what i use, and you can share. might consider getting your small starlink if usage and speed are important. please give me as much information about your situation, rental history on Maui, and references if you have them. quiet setting in the woods, very safe surroundings. contact John by phone, text or email. security deposit of one months rent ($2300) required. tenant pays for propane, electric is included.
