I bought this guitar about seven years ago fr $2600, brand new. An Alvarez Yairi DYM95 Acoustic Dreadnaught guitar. the tone is so beautiful, I chose it over a Martin. It is in excellent condition, but it needs a new owner , even tho I hate to part with it, because I now am only playing classical guitar. Solid spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, no scratches. I am willing to negotiate, but not to go far off the price, as the guitar is worth too much to haggle over. Whoever gets this guitar will fall in love with it! New strings included. Mahalo.
