Pacific Millworks is a growing, high-end custom millwork, casework, and cabinet shop located on Maui, servicing both residential and commercial clients throughout Hawaii.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Craftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related trades, and a passion for building beautiful, functional pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom woodwork and fixtures
• Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
• Experience as a craftsman, carpenter, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
Preferred:
• Experience with custom millwork or cabinet installations

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
