Clean title, runs great, all wheel drive, no mechanical issues or check engine lights.

Brand new tires, recent oil change, and just had it fully detailed both inside and out.

Minor cosmetic issues like a small crack in the top right corner of the windshield on the passenger side, couple small rust spots but nothing major, the dome light in the very back isn't securely attached but it still works, and the tinting is peeling a little.

It just hit 200,000 miles and will eventually need some upkeep / replacements, but nothing immediate. Has a belt that squeaks after it rains and the Honda dealership said the front rotors or wheel bearings sound like they will need to be replaced soon.

Selling because it's my second vehicle and don't need it any more. Needs new tabs and safety. Not in a rush and firm on the price.
