We are a seafood quality control center in Clifton, NJ, specializing in sushi-grade fish fillets and slices. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual for a full-time position who can grow into a fish prep role.
Job Details:
Position: Fish prep fillet and slice (No experience necessary — full training provided!)
Location: Clifton, NJ
Schedule: 5 days a week
Hours: 2:55 AM – 11:30 AM (schedule may vary slightly based on business needs)
Type: Full-Time

Must be on time and dependable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and cold food preparation
Physical requirement: continuous movement and standing
