Fender / Warmoth Precision Bass (Warmoth Jazz Bass Neck & Fender P Bass Body)
Letting go of my P Bass that’s been with me for a while—it’s a fantastic instrument, but I’m thinning the herd a bit and hoping to pass it on to someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have.
The body is a Fender MIM Precision Bass in Wine/Burgundy, paired with a Warmoth roasted maple neck and ebony fingerboard. The Jazz Bass neck profile makes for a comfortable combination with the classic P Bass body.
The neck has a 1.5" nut width, Slim Taper profile, and SS6115 stainless steel frets that have been professionally leveled and polished. It feels smooth and easy to play, and the dark ebony fingerboard looks great against the roasted maple. The stainless frets offer excellent wear resistance.
The pickup is a Delano JMPV4 FE/M2, wired through an Emerson prewired Precision Bass harness. A Hipshot A Style aluminum bridge rounds out the hardware.
The alder body has been routed for easy truss-rod access, making seasonal adjustments straightforward without having to remove the neck.
I’m including a Mono M80 gig bag. Overall, this is a really nice, gig-ready setup.
