    Pet Policy: Breed Restriction The Hunt Club is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome cats and dogs (breed restrictions apply). Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis. You may have two pets per apartment. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 for 1 pet and $50 for 2 pets. There is also a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets.
