I’ve got an opportunity to acquire an existing small business, but it will need to be inspected by the health department to get a food processing license. I would prefer not to run this operation out of my home, so I’m considering renting. I’m wondering if there are any large commercial kitchens that would be willing to share space.
This operation does not require any water and does not need much space, maybe 8’x10’ area. There is a small machine that currently runs on propane, but can be converted to natural gas. It needs to vent through a minimum 4” chimney. It has a few motors and needs 220 on 12/2 wire, and a 30 Amp breaker.
Not sure if anyone out there has any space they would consider renting.
