Apartment community in Groves TX looking for a maintenance person to work on site - Immediately available
Looking for someone that can help with the following:
1. Maintenance work orders. *
2. Tenant move out make ready's. *
3. Clean up around the dumpsters, the parking lot and all the common areas.
4. Show the vacant units to prospects looking for an apartment to rent.
5. HVAC certified is a plus.
6. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is good but not necessary.
7. Help with maintaining the property appearance with the tenants.
* Painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, minor appliance repairs, minor electric, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, etc.
* Basically a person that is a jack-of-all-trades handyman.
Requirements:
1. Have a truck to pick up materials and minor haul off.
2. Cell phone.
3. Have your own tools.
Compensation:
1. Hourly 8 hours a day. Monday through Friday.
2. $15+to be determined based on experience and knowledge of the trade.
