Their current residence is being sold and closing escrow September 10, so we are actively looking for a new home as soon as possible.
What we’re looking for:
• Up to approx $3,00/month
• Ground floor only / no stairs
• Two well-behaved cats
• Long-term housing preferred
• Searching anywhere from Carpinteria to Orcutt and everything in between — Santa Barbara, Goleta, Summerland, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez Valley, Los Alamos, Santa Maria and surrounding areas
Maurice is a beloved longtime local musician with deep roots in the Santa Barbara community, and Sydney is also a longtime local. They are family, not a couple, and are looking for a safe, comfortable place they can call home.
