**2008 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro — Clean Title — $3,500**
Or best offer. I would consider $3000 more than fair knowing the car is not perfect. For the $$$, it’ll be a heck of a good start. Spend a few bucks more and good to go.
2008 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro — automatic, 138,561 miles. Clean Michigan title in hand. $3,500, priced to move.
The good:
- 2.0T turbo with Quattro ALL WHEEL DRIVE. 24 service records on CARFAX; timing belt done 11/2019 at 99k — I have the $1,847 receipt (valve cover gasket, control arms, and front brakes were done at the same time).
- Recent work: crank sensor + oil filter housing 2/2024 ($1,845), starter 12/2021 ($316). Stack of receipts and inspection reports to show.
- Good rubber: Continental all-seasons (mid-2021 date codes), even wear, plenty of tread left.
- No body rust — spent most of its life in GA/WA/CA/VA/TX before Michigan.
- Interior freshly detailed.
- New hood lift support installed.
The bad or honest part — this is why it's $3,500. Left-front fender has a significant dent/crease down to bare metal, with early surface rust starting on the edge. A shop would likely charge ~$600–1,200 to fix it, or a used fender runs ~$150–300 plus labor.
- Scuffs on the rear bumper and the hood edge.
- Front suspension needs attention: a 3/2025 inspection found play in the left-front ball joint. I never felt it being a problem. Easy fix if you know.
- A/C blows but feels like it needs a recharge — not done.
- TPMS light is on (the tires themselves are good)
My guess and the service records show the car will need brake pads. Battery is new but I lost the receipts. I have all the other records in paper and the full car fax report.
