Well kept cougar fifth wheel camper. Previous water damage in front cap that was sealed. The whole roof was sealed by professional materials that flex and seal with a lifetime guarantee. Air and heat works with a new converter box. No plumbing issues with an updated kitchen spigot. Water heater fires up last year. New wheels and bearings. Used last year and was parked at the walnut frisbee golf course at Saylorville all year.
