Class A Truck Drivers for Harvest Needed – $ Bonus Opportunities
Full Time Positions Available for Truck Driver and Equipment Operator on a Progressive Family Farm.

Class A Driver’s License with Doubles Endorsement and Clean Driving Record Required for Seasonal Work
In this position, the employee's role will include work in rice & orchard crop harvest including truck & equipment driving, setup and light maintenance.
This employee will operate semi-trucks and equipment during the harvest season, and assists with the maintenance of equipment. The Driver may perform other task as necessary and as dependent on the season & weather.
Responsibilities:
Truck, Trailer and Equipment Operations
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all processes and equipment related to safe truck and equipment operations on and off the road.
•Maintain accurate documentation logs, load & weight information, equipment records, and the like.
Truck & Equipment Maintenance
• Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all vehicles daily or as required.
• Perform daily equipment service checks and inspections as necessary or required.
• Assists with routine truck & equipment setup and light repairs.
Safety
• Follow safety programs, Class A drivers license requirements, and any others that provide a safe and clean workplace for employees within regulations of all OSHA local, state, and federal regulations and agencies.
Other
• Perform manual labor tasks as needed, including ability to lift 50lbs, standing, and climbing steps
• Perform other assignments from time to time as requested by supervisor
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
• Knowledge of truck & trailer maintenance.
• Ability to identify and report equipment services needs or issues.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment from time to time where it is required to perform different job duties.
• Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and work will with limited supervision.
Experience Preferred.
Pay by the hour depending on experience. Bonus Program and Overtime Possibilities. Position is full time, but can be flexible. Short drives and home nightly.
