Camper has 2 slide outs. Everything works as it should. Ac, fridge, and heater are strong. Inverter changed 2 seasons ago.
Had water damage when we bought it. Has been leak free since we fixed. Both Slide Outs have been topped with hard plastic sheet.
Roof has been double coated with Rubber Roof Coating. Awning is older but works fine.

Mattress is not included.

Has sat on our lot since 2021. Only reason for selling is we are building a cabin.

Clean Title

Delivery could be arranged for a fee.

$5000obo. Would consider trade for wheeled fish house.

Was offered $5000 trade in value on a new park model this spring from a dealer in St Cloud.
