REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Must have a valid drivers’ license.
COMPENSATION:
PLUMBERS- 25.00 and up DOE
PLUMBERS HELPERS- 18.00 and up (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
RAISES:
PLUMBERS-
Receive raises based on plumbing experience, leadership, performance, and current industry pay scale.
PLUMBERS HELPERS-
Receive $1.00 raise each year for the first three years, after three years raise is based on plumbing experience, leadership, performance, and current industry pay scale.
EDUCATIONAL RAISE-
After two years of employment, you can test for your plumbing license. Once you receive your plumbing license you will receive a $1.00 hr. raise.
After one year you are eligible to take CDL Class A class. The cost is approximately $4,000.00, paid for by the company. Once you receive your CDL Class A license you will receive a $1.00 hr. raise.
BENEFITS:

WORK HOURS:
Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
If we have bad weather or are behind on a project, we may have to work Friday and Saturday.
