We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Flat Screen TV Installation Tech to join our growing home-services team. In this role, you will travel to residential and commercial clients to safely mount televisions, conceal wires, and set up audio-visual equipment while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Mount Televisions: Securely mount flat-screen TVs to various wall types (drywall, brick, concrete, and studs).
• Conceal Wires: Route and hide power and HDMI cables cleanly inside walls or through decorative raceways.
• AV & Peripheral Setup: Connect soundbars, gaming consoles, smart-home devices, and streaming hardware.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate wall structures, locate studs safely, and recommend the best viewing height and bracket type.
• Customer Care: Answer client questions on how to operate their new setup and leave every work area neat and clean.
• Documentation: Track daily job tickets, collect payments or signatures, and log inventory or equipment needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Previous experience in TV mounting, low-voltage wiring, or general handyman/carpentry work is a strong plus (training available for motivated beginners).
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy flat-screen televisions (up to 80+ lbs) and work on ladders safely.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Tools: Basic hand tools and a power drill are required (or company-provided depending on agreement).
• Soft Skills: Punctual, professional demeanor, and friendly communication skills when interacting with customers in their homes.
