Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officer to provide security services at a pharmaceutical facility in Greenwich, CT. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, contractors, and company property while adhering to all site policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the pharmaceutical facility.
- Control access to the site by verifying employee, visitor, and contractor credentials.
- Conduct routine security inspections and foot patrols.
- Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Assist with visitor management and access control procedures.
- Enforce site policies, safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Report hazards, suspicious activities, and security concerns to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
