Established local custom builder with 36+ years of steady work is seeking a reliable, full-time carpenter to join our crew. We prioritize clean jobsites, top-tier craftsmanship, and an organized, zero-drama work environment.
What You’ll Do
** Foundation & Concrete Formwork: Footings, foundation forms, layout, and concrete prep.
** Framing & Rough Carpentry: Strong, independent framing skills from foundation through roof are essential.
** Exterior Envelope: Installation of all standard siding types, exterior trim, windows, and entry doors.
** Finish Carpentry: Interior trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and custom millwork with an eye for detail.
** General Site Tasks: Collaborative punch-list completion, site maintenance, and coordination alongside our crew and subs.
What We’re Looking For: Proven Field Experience. A solid, well-rounded background spanning formwork, framing, and finish trades.
The Essentials: Valid driver’s license, dependable truck/vehicle, and your own complete set of professional hand and power tools.
