Machine Operator –
Starting Pay: $18/hour
We are hiring Machine Operators to join our growing team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn and grow with the company.
📅 Current Schedule
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays as needed
🏭 Training Schedule
Training starts on 1st shift:
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Starting the second week, employees may have the option to start at 4:00 AM
🔄 Upcoming Schedule
Once training is complete, the goal is to transition to three 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday:
• 1st: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
What We're Looking For
• Reliable and dependable
• Willing to work off-shift hours
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Machine operation, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn
